At Sal’s Pizza, the best ideas do not come from a boardroom. They come from the counter, the tables, and the people who order from us week after week. As we work toward launching a brand new menu this spring, we have opened the kitchen doors a little wider and started testing new Chef Specials right in our restaurants.
Over the past two weeks, we rolled out the first round of Chef Specials and invited customers to weigh in. These were not soft launches or quiet tests. They were real pizzas, served to real customers, with real feedback collected along the way. That input is already helping guide what stays, what evolves, and what makes sense for the long run.
What New Pizzas are Coming Next
The testing continues over the next two weeks with two bold new Chef Specials:
Pulled Pork Pizza
Nashville Hot Chicken Pizza
These pizzas are part of a larger effort to build a menu that earns its place year round. Every flavor is being evaluated based on taste, balance, and how it fits into the Sal’s lineup.
How to Participate
We are offering free Chef Special samples at select locations, including:
Billerica
Chelmsford
Salem
Derry
Manchester
Tremont Street in Boston
Stop in, try a sample, and fill out the short feedback card on the counter. It takes a minute, and it directly influences what moves forward.
