For eligibility, program applicant must be one of the following:

Student enrolled in a culinary program

OR

Sal’s Pizza applicant
OR

Current Sal’s Pizza or Lupoli Companies employee looking to transition into a Pizza Maker, Team Leader or Store Manager role​

Each session includes (6) 3-hour courses, taking place at our Andover, MA training kitchen. Applicants must be able to attend all classes.
